Показатели результативности руководителя-лидера в сфере государственного и муниципального управления
Аннотация
В статье анализируются показатели результативности руководителей-лидеров в сфере государственного и муниципального управления. Приводятся индикаторы результативности менеджеров и их основные составляющие. Автор предлагает оценивать результативность руководителей-лидеров не только с формальной управленческой точки зрения, но и путём включения показателей, специфичных для лидерства. Рассматриваются показатели, касающиеся подчинённых и их успеха. В результате систематизируются и дополняются показатели результативности руководителей-лидеров в сфере государственного и муниципального управления.
