Северо-Восточный регион Китая: оценка инновационного предпринимательства
Аннотация
Северо-Восточный регион Китая, состоящий из провинций Ляонин, Цзилинь и Хэйлунцзян, в последние десятилетия сталкивается с экономическими трудностями и спадом. В данном исследовании с помощью количественного анализа данных панели Индекса инновационного предпринимательства в китайских регионах (IRIEC) Пекинского университета оценивается состояние инновационного предпринимательства в Северо-Восточном регионе. Установлено, что уровень инновационного предпринимательства в регионе в целом имеет рост. Примечательно, что уровень инновационного предпринимательства в провинции Ляонин выше среднего уровня по стране, в то время как в соседних провинциях Северо-Восточного региона — Цзилинь и Хэйлунцзян — ниже среднего, что снижает общий уровень региона. Уровень инновационного предпринимательства в различных провинциях региона показывает разнообразие, но не демонстрирует согласованности с уровнем экономического роста.
